Established in 1975, Clark Balancing Ltd has strived to be a leader in the TAB industry for 35 years. President and founder Barry Clark came from a Sheet Metal Trade background and has focused more than half of his life to the improvement and quality of the HVAC industry.
Clark Balancing has supported NEBB programs throughout the years in disciplines such as Air and Hydronic Testing, Building Systems Commissioning-HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection and the newly created Retro-Commissioning. Barry has sat on the National Board of Directors as well as served on committees over the years. He has also served as Technical Committee Chairman for the NEBB Canada chapter for 15 years.
As a family business, both sons David and Steven have joined with Barry to carry on the professionalism and reliability that customers have come to expect from Clark Balancing.
Barry currently holds certification in Air and Hydronic Testing, Building Systems Commissioning-HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection.
David holds certification in Air and Hydronic Testing, Building Systems Commissioning-HVAC and Retro-Commissioning.
Steven holds certification in Air and Hydronic Testing, Building Systems Commissioning-HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection.
All three currently serve as proctors for NEBB Canada at the chapters approved test facility, in order to increase the number of Certified Professionals in Canada. Steven also serves as President of NEBB Canada and plays an active role in the Marketing Committee for NEBB.
All employees hold Certified Professional or Qualified Technician status as the company feels that NEBB is unparalleled in training and certification practices.

National Environmental Balancing Bureau:
NEBB certification disciplines are anchored by the NEBB Procedural Standards which provide guidelines for the work to be performed.
The NEBB enhances the educational experience of each discipline (testing, adjusting and balancing, building systems commissioning, sound and vibration measurement, retro-commissioning, fume hood testing and cleanroom performance testing) by providing technical manuals, training materials and educational seminars.
